Editorial policy
Prime Sports Journal aims to make sporting subjects understandable, accurate and fair. We explain what we can support, distinguish description from opinion, and make it possible for readers to raise a concern.
Accuracy and clarity
We check factual claims against suitable sources before publication and take care with terminology, rule descriptions and historical context. When a rule or convention varies between sports, formats or governing contexts, we say so rather than implying there is one universal version. We avoid unsupported claims and present uncertainty plainly.
Independence and corrections
Editorial choices are made for reader value, not as a promise of a result or endorsement. If a reader identifies a possible error, they can send the passage and an explanation through the Contact page. We review correction requests and, where a change is warranted, amend the wording and note the correction in the relevant article.
Partner material
Paid placements and material created with a partner are clearly identified as sponsored or partner content. A commercial relationship does not guarantee editorial coverage, and partner material is kept distinct from independently produced editorial work.
Illustrations
Some illustrations may be generated with artificial intelligence. Where an illustration is AI-generated, we label it accordingly so readers can distinguish it from documentary photography.
Understanding the game comes before buying into it.
We explain the choices and conventions that make sport legible, so readers can follow a contest without needing specialist kit or insider knowledge.
